We understand things happen and schedules change. We will do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule shoots if possible. If weather will make it unsafe or impossible to get to the studio, we will reschedule. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your shoot if you need to reschedule. Same-day rescheduling is entirely at the discretion of the photographer and may not be possible. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date. If you need to reschedule more than twice, you may lose your deposit.
If you cancel more than 3 days in advance, you may choose to leave your deposit with us and reschedule or request a refund. Cancellations with less than 3 days notice may forfeit your deposit. Any same-day cancellation will forfeit your deposit.
